Founded in 2002, the Institute for BPE provides its clients the unique opportunity to develop a horizontally integrated business strategy based on a data driven methodology that starts with the overall company vision and ends at the lowest level of the organization. Rather than tell a company what to do, the Institute for BPE utilizes the resources of an organization to derive the answers to the question: Are we as profitable as we ought to be given the resources we have?
